Father’s Day is an exciting time for Marti from ‘Down the Wrabbit Hole Travel’ – every Father’s Day she buys her dad tickets to a live music performance, and every year they attend an event together to bond. This year, Marti and her dad went to the Calgary Folk Music Festival, which was celebrating its 40th anniversary.

The Calgary Folk Fest (2019) is held on Princes Island Park in downtown Calgary, Alberta and has been around for the past 40 years. Bands from a wide variety of backgrounds, influences, and sounds perform and entertain on at least seven different stages throughout a four-day series of concerts.
