July 1st is Canada day. This marks Canada’s 152 birthday!
Michelle and I decided to have some fun so we load up our bikes and head downtown to see what we can see at Prince’s Island.
You will see it is crazy town but we have a lot of fun. It was great getting on our bikes and enjoying what started out as a beautiful day outside.
Also just as an fyi. I managed to do all the exercise while on my Fasting day ( Other than a stevia Lemonade)
